Makers Day - Monmouth County Library

Makers Day is a great way to showcase artists and artisans who build and create everyday for the community. At this event Enjoy Explore India highlighted the ancient traditional art of wood block printing practiced by many communities in India. Hundreds of youth and families attended the event and learned about India and her culture while making beautiful greeting cards, bookmarks, and posters using wooden blocks made by Indian folk artists.
